Analyst for Investment/ Investor Relations Team

[Responsibilities]
You will work closely with one of the Senior Directors in the company to learn the Real Estate and Investment business.
They are looking for high potential candidates with strong communication skills who can be future Leaders in the company.

Key Responsibilities will include

• Assess, analyze and draft investment proposals

• Analysis of project feasibilities

• Assisting investor relationship management and investor level reporting

• Managing/Assisting in the management reporting for development and/or stabilised projects including monitoring performance against financial budgets and non-financial milestones

• Preparing presentation materials including PowerPoint presentations for external parties including lenders, investors and customers

[Requirements]

• Financial acumen - good with numbers

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

• Business level Japanese

• PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Strong Team player

• Enthusiasm and strong will to achieve goals is highly needed

[Language Requirement]

• English Language level: Business level

• Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)

• Work permission in Japan required

5-6 million JPY +bonus
