Affiliate Marketing Specialist
Our division is responsible to develop new card member acquisition strategies in individual and corporate market. Especially the candidate has to manage and drive external advertisement in digital marketing.
This position can manage all the marketing process (strategy planning, campaign and promotion creation, execution and analysis, creative production, budget management, vendor management) as an owner position.
This position needs high sense of responsibility and speed, and high communication skill due to managing huge amount of budget, negotiating internal and external stakeholder like global team members and outside advertising agencies.
In order to achieve the goal, result oriented with improving marketing skill, analytical & logical thinking and customer oriented mind are critical.
Primary responsibilities include:
Affiliate Advertisement Management
The affiliate advertisement is one of the key acquisition channels, the candidate mainly manages affiliate acquisition channel. The candidate will implement PDCA cycle(Planning affiliate channel plan, managing affiliate service provider / media agency, negotiating affiliate websites to develop original contents in their spaces, reviewing the result and optimizing budget allocation within affiliate websites.
Not only credit card ranking websites, but also SNS is the key driver to maximize acquisition volume in affiliate. The candidate will deliver new initiatives which is related to SNS promotion for acquisition.
Co-brand Partnership Management
Company issues co-branded card with partners. The candidate mainly will manage entire co-brand acquisition channel and will implement PDCA cycle (Planning co-brand channel plan, managing partners, negotiating partners to develop initiatives, developing co-brand acquisition offers, reviewing the result and optimizing budget allocation in co-brand channels.)
Company contracts with many partners in order to acquire prospective customers through the partnership. The candidate also will be responsible for partnership management, such as Universal Studios Japan, Seibu Lions and so on.
The candidate will also maintain the relationship with partners, including the negotiation of acquisition plan and campaign and the contract renewal. Also, the candidate will implement PDCA cycle (Planning the partnership acquisition plan, negotiating/managing partners, tracking the performance, reporting the result to leader and reviewing/replanning new campaign in order to maximize ROI perspective.)
Utilizing these partnerships, the candidate will work closely with other internal stakeholders to maximize acquisition campaign. (Member gets member, tele-marketing and so on)
Not only acquisition perspective, also the candidate will develop new customer benefits through the partnerships from product management perspective. These benefits allow us to acquire more prospective customers through the partner side.
- Experienced in digital acquisition (more than 3 years)
- Knowledge of digital marketing (Especially affiliate marketing)
- Experienced creative production
- Experienced promotion and planning
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair
- Customer oriented mind

- Knowledge with credit card industry or financial industry
- English Language level: 中級レベル
- Japanese Language level: Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
- Work permission in Japan required
6〜9 million JPY
