[仕事内容]
Training Management Execution

  • Build strong partnership with HQ HR/ Training teams for understanding of various training tools and information
  • Assess teams strength and opportunities for both immediate and long term growth and implement appropriate training programs
  • Communicate local needs to Brand Director and HQ HR teams for innovative ways to solve teams' and individual development issues
  • Teach training materials in classroom and at sales floors
  • Evaluate results of employee training for next steps
  • Spend 50% in office and 50% on sales floors for development management and training execution

Training Design

  • Design training programs to help employees overcome any current weaknesses and teach additional skills in order to keep the business competitive and efficient
  • Manage training budgets and efficiency

[応募資格]

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology or related fields
  • High level of fluency in Japanese/ English both in writing and verbally
  • +5 years of experience of retail training management in fashion, watch, beauty or related industries
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously with speed
  • Strong communicator who is friendly and reflects positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of each employee
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent experiences in managing teams for growth, development and team work
  • Strong confidence and ease with effective presentations to any size of audiences

800万円〜1000万円
