  • Client Support:
    • Be the day-to-day point of contact for key clients, accepting inquiries in Japanese about technical (Web/mobile/server/cloud), support, and business issues
    • Escalate issues to internal sales, platform, and/or technical teams according to priority, and take responsibility for owning the resolution process with the client
    • Learn each client's core business to be able to empathize with their requests and provide stellar support, act as a representative of the client internally
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients when handling complex operational requirements or issues
    • Document new client requirements for support, release, and operation
    • Contribute to the creation of new business processes to support growing client base
  • System Operation Support:
    • Schedule operational tasks with internal & client teams, such as the coordination of system upgrades/releases, maintenance windows, and version updates
    • Monitor performance of technical and support SLAs, providing reports to internal and external stakeholders as necessary

In the first 30/60/90 days, your expected deliverables include

  • Build strategic relationships with key clients and learn about their businesses
  • Meet people across the organisation and understand what each team does


  • Experience providing hands-on support to complex and large corporate customers
  • Knowledge of web and mobile applications at a high level, as well as knowledge of cloud technologies
  • Effective user of office productivity software (email, Google Suite, Powerpoint/Excel) and similar SaaS software
  • Excellent written and verbal Japanese communication, English communication is required for internal coordination
