Applicant must have:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Skilled at managing customer expectations in IT field
  • Experience with computer terms and customer service operations
  • Knowledge and familiarity with different desktop and mobile applications and browsers
  • Understanding of software sales process or experience with software sales
  • Understanding or experience of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with or experience integrated with IT development Teams
  • Google Documents/Sheets or Microsoft Office experience

    Applicant could have:
  • Experience in IT Support or ITIL service operation
  • Experience with software quality control or processes
  • Understanding or interest in software development processes (Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Understanding or interest in business maturity models (CMMI)
  • Understanding or experience with Google Analytics
  • Understanding or experience with conferencing software
  • Understanding or experience with SIP/VOIP telephony
  • Querying databases (mySQL, MongoDB etc.)
