i. Stock Management (accounting for 40%)
b. Balance and Manage the stock for the stores to have a well-balanced stock situation at each of the POS.
c. Allocations (if necessary) based on the Assortment that has been defined by the Merchandiser and follow up on fulfillment rates.
d. Stock Returns management based on HQ requests, closely following up on the status and flow between Commercial sites, Japan and HQ.
e. Manage the flow upon requests and needs of Logistic or Commercial Teams on returns (claims/other).
ii. Order Management (accounting for 30%)
b. Follow up Customer's order to ensure on time deliveries for all networks, including SFY orders
c. Follow up negotiations and stock transfers on Special Stocks
d. Challenge retail cancellations and reservations
e. Share qualitative feedback on enquiries with Planning & Merchandising, and Commercial teams. Suggest assortments or sales forecast amendments in case of frequent enquiries.
iii. Others - Event & Boutique Opening (accounting for 30%)
b. Manage the Fair stock and package based on the Retail business plans by supporting the Retail BTQ's
c. Coordinate stock availability for boutique opening
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business level English (French speaker is a plus)
- Excel skills a must
- ERP experience is a must (ideally SAP)
- Experience in support service (Retail/Call Center/Logistic/Supply Chain)

5.5 Million 〜 6.5 Million Yen
