The Sr Associate
- Digital Inside Lead Management is part of company's front line: the point where many individuals encounter our company for the first time. In this roll, you will capture campaign-driven responses from prospective and existing clients using telephone, social media, websites and LiveChat. As part of a streamlined, end-to-end demand system, you will convert these responses to validated opportunities before engaging company sales teams for deal closure.
・ Responsible for marketing the company's products and/or services via telephone and other digital means with well-qualified prospects.
・ Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads.
・ Direct qualified leads to field, Business Partner Channel and/or inside sales team for close.
・ Mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive posture of the company, and enhance awareness in the targeted business community of the company and its products/services.
・ Prepare activity and forecast reports.
・ Does not close the sale.
・ College Degree or equivalent
・ 3+ years in B2B Inside Sales or Outside Sales
・ Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel)
・ Experience with Databases and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (as a user)Eligibility Requirements:
・ Legal authorization to work in Japan is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
・ Previous experience in high volume lead generation and qualification environments
・ Experience in Software Sales either Industrial or Commercial
・ Experience in business-to-business sales
・ Ability to multitask & manage high volumes of activity & demonstrate measurable results.Technical Expertise:
・ Independently creates an effective digital engagement strategy that collects market knowledge and engages others; Develops processes to measure effectiveness of efforts in terms of using market knowledge to predict buying decisions and trends.
・ Persists to identify and prioritize client needs
・ Proactively identifies pipeline risks and develops mitigation plans
・ Able to take products, services, solutions knowledge and connect them to customers' objectives to develop differentiated opportunities
・ Proactively and independently monitors information about competitors and the overall market;
・ Analyzes and calculates with the customer/ economic decision maker
・ Communicates the fundamentals of the customers' business
・ Increases client engagement to further drive the pace and focus required to achieve business priorities and uncover desired outcomes
・ Asks both open and closed questions in a logical order to gather critical information, including information required to form hypotheses and make decisions.
・ Constantly asks insightful and probing questions internally and externally to grow knowledge base and information pertaining to the dynamic changes across productions/solutions, customer, market and industry, etc; Highly inquisitive.
