  • Report to Line Manager, work as a Senior Service Engineer and act as a role model in terms of leading by example by Company Values, provide the department with an extra depth of knowledge and stability.
  • Take the role as a Project Manager if needed as well as a Mentor within Customer Support. Maintain a high work ethic and represent the company at customer site.

Most common tasks:

  • Lead by Example
  • Write procedures and methods
  • Connect systems mechanically & electrically
  • Installation, commissioning and upgrades of the company products according to plans and milestones
  • Electrical, Mechanical & Software configuration
  • Set-up of electrical HW & SW
  • Troubleshooting
  • Team work with colleges to face/solve problems
  • Replace malfunctioning parts
  • Be able to execute an FAT and SAT
  • Coordinate and make sure that modules are shipped accordingly
  • Issue reporting and possible solution
  • Support current customers
  • Planned & unplanned travels to customer site


  • ビジネス英語
  • サービスエンジニアの経験もしくは、設備の据付、試運転の経験
  • 運転免許


  • 電気、ソフト、機械 いずれかの知識、スキル。
