Customer satisfaction
Perform service, support and installations at customer site, both land and marine based

Report to Line Manager, work as a Senior Service Engineer and act as a role model in terms of leading by example by Company Values, provide the department with an extra depth of knowledge and stability.
Take the role as a Project Manager if needed as well as a Mentor within Customer Support.
Maintain a high work ethic and represent our company at customer site.

Ability to troubleshoot and set up our products without supervision.
Keep time plans for delivery precision.
Strive to be a role model for our team members

Most common tasks:
Lead by Example
Write procedures and methods
Connect systems mechanically & electrically
Installation, commissioning and upgrades of our products according to plans and milestones
Electrical, Mechanical & Software configuration
Set-up of electrical HW & SW
Team work with colleges to face/solve problems
Replace malfunctioning parts
Be able to execute an FAT and SAT
Coordinate and make sure that modules are shipped accordingly
Issue reporting and possible solution
Support current customers
Planned & unplanned travels to customer site
