Global Retail Company

The Senior Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the projects assigned to him/her and is responsible for the successful implementation of all phases of these projects. One or more projects in the operations department can be assigned to him/her. One or more business units can be affected per project. All projects can be national, international or global, but are prevalently international.

A Senior Project Delivery Manager can also be assigned to programs (combining several projects to a common goal). Then he/she acts as a responsible program manager. In this role, other Project Delivery Managers can report to him/her. Successful completion of a project or Program includes:

  • Creation of all necessary project documents (e.g. project description, benefit invoice, specifications (or User Stories), schedule…)
  • Completion / delivery in the agreed time frame or schedule,
  • Compliance with the agreed budget,
  • Manage change requests
  • Fulfilment of the agreed scope of delivery and
  • Proof of the required benefits

[Work Hours]
Flextime System (Staring time 5am~closing time 10pm) No core hours. The prescribed working hours for one (1) month shall be as follows: Scheduled working hours per month: Working days of the month x 8 hours
