[Responsibilities]
The Sales Representative will be challenged to manage and grow existing installed base clients targeting new opportunities for application of products and penetrating new domains. A strong candidate will be an experienced negotiator and comfortable with developing a vision and evangelizing products, concepts and value to internal and external stakeholders, embracing a consultative value based sales methodology. He/She will be someone who enjoys a challenges and is motivated by achieving company objectives through hard work, collaborating with co-workers and achievement from his/her individual sales contribution to world-wide team. The person in this position will possess a winning attitude, team spirit, ambition to achieve business objectives and an eagerness to work and communicate with his Japanese and world-wide colleagues. This person is expected to grow their career and will be considered for future growth opportunities within company.

[Requirements]
・Education Level: Bachelors Degree
・Years of work experience: 4 - 5 years
・Background: Holder of Bachelors Degree or equivalent
・Deep understanding of Machine Tools/Robotics/Metrology or related markets
・Contacts and prospecting insights within a variety of markets in Japan
・Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a successful Technical Software Solution Sales Representative
・Good understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE/EDA or related software markets
・Able to understand software development process and business management issues
・Ability to work with and penetrate an organization at all levels
・Fluent in English and Japanese
・Strong communication skills are essential including presentation skills
