-Plan and implement sales measures, bonus and other incentive schemes.
-Payment operation including evidence check.
-Volume and budget forecasting.
-Data totalization and reporting of actual (RS, WS, CoR and sales related data).
-Facilitate and organize sales meeting.
-Operation of temp staff recourses for above mentioned tasks.
-Position/Industry experience in sales planning, not required but preferable
-High PC skills(excel, word, power point)
-High ability to operate PC work efficiently and speedy.
-Creative and forward thinking to run the business.
-Open minded and positive attitude.
-Collaborate and understand team work and lead the team with appreciation.
-Flexibility and humbleness in stressed/uncertain circumstance.
-English(TOEIC 700 and above and verbal communication)
