Global Industrial Equipment Manufacturer

The role of the Sales Manager Japan is to develop and maintain the OEM and wholesale business in the entire domestic Japan market for our products such as compressors, pressure vessels, spare parts and oil etc. This includes introduction, techno-commercial consultations, quotations and service and after-sales support as needed. The suitable candidate is successful in acquisition of new business by cold-calling or cold-contacting at events, exhibitions, etc. and persistent in following up with prospects.

Native-level Japanese and business-level English language proficiency w/ TOEIC >700 points or at least the full capability to read and write in English.
Technical college / university bachelor/master degree preferably in thermal or mechanical engineering
More than 15 years of work experience in technical sales.
More than 8 years sales experience in component sales for heating, air-conditioning or refrigeration applications are important while onboarding training

An open, positive thinking, collaborative and communicative character is an asset.
