[Responsibilities]
・Manages sales territory and sells this company products, mainly Special Black and Silica additives for, but not limited to, electrophotographic printing applications generating target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from customer base.
Develops account plans and strategies including volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans and future opportunities for achieving desired results.

・Drive both current and future value for this company by building and maintaining strong customer relationships across multiple functions, thorough understanding of the individual customer and overall portfolio profitability. Identify and focus on opportunities where this company can differentiate itself at the interface with the customer.

・Consistent use of Global CRM related company for maintaining up to date "living documents" and effective use of the ComStrat, Balance of Power and ENS negotiations preparation documents.

・Acts as extension of the global R&D team via voice of the customer to identify gaps, needs and opportunities for this company at individual customers. Contributes to global IP landscape review meetings and seeks out competitive market information in respective industries.

・Educates customers on new products and product enhancements; articulates and presents product features and benefits. Identifies new market opportunities as well as target builds. Establishes and maintains processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business. Effectively communicates and negotiates complex sales contracts with customers.

・Leads this company's efforts to establish levels of excellence in sales, distributor management, logistics, and customer service.

・Provides leadership that assists management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve business strategies.

・May provide technical guidance and leadership to other representatives in the area.

・Supports efforts to implement and maintain B Management System in line with the requirements of B technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.

[Education/Experience]
・Technical Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA a plus, not required.
・7+ years chemical industry sales experience.
・Prior experience in electrophotographic industry is a plus
