Sales Manager


· Maintaining and increasing sales
· Reaching the targets and goals set for company, key accounts, each Field Sales
· Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer/dealer base
· Servicing the needs of existing customers/dealers by supporting their business growth thru our products and service. Always mind that consumer is king and that Sell-Out drives Sell-In
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
· Setting sales targets for individual Field Sales and your team as a whole
· Recruiting and training Field Sales
· Allocating areas to Field Sales
· Developing sales strategies and setting targets
· Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
· Planning and coordinating demo ride events or tech seminars for customers/dealers to drive sales
· Compiling and analyzing sales figures
· Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
· Collecting customer feedback and market research
· Keeping up to date with products and competitors
· Closely coordinating with leaders of other divisions such as Marketing, Supply, Finance, and Tech Teams.

· Sales amount of company, key accounts, each Field Sales
· Gross margin amount of company, each Field Sales
· Evaluation results (satisfaction scores) of dealer survey on each Field Sales
· # of tech seminars, # of participants for tech seminar
· Achievement rate of incentive plans for Field Sales

Education & Experiences:
· Experience in managing and directing a sales team (must)
· Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy (must)
· Proven experience in customer relationship management (must)
· Strong interest in sports bicycle (must)
· Experience in sports business or relevant business (preferable)
· Knowledge of market research
· Experience with relevant software applications
· Business degree or related professional qualification (preferable)
· Business English skills, not necessarily fluent, but good enough to make himself understood in English (preferable)
