-To be responsible for Key Accounts Business Development in Japan to achieve Annual Operation Plan
-Develop Key account strategies in order to deliver sustainable mutual profitable growth
-Build up short and long term strategic partnership and business alignments with Key accounts
-Organize Joint business plan meeting to create win-win situation
-Develop promotional plan and implement through Distributor
-To closely monitor the performance of assigned KA, define issue and opportunity and make corrective actions
-Manage team members to expand business
-Minimum 5 years experience in B2C Japan consumer sales and approaching HQ of retailers Key account management/Team management
Full 2 holiday week system (Sat/Sun) national holidays
