[Company Summary]
Global cruise line company

Assist Country Manager to develop sales with focus on Japan market including but not limited to Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka.
Be responsible for selling existing products, i.e. to develop and maintain good sales channels, to monitor, achieve and excess
the sales target,and to control the operational cost of the concern markets. Interact effectively with all other departments
to get adequate support and maximize sales productivity.

Main Tasks
1. Develop and maintain good relationships with related travel agencies
Manage Preferred Sales Agencies ("PSA") through effective communication in view to achieve sales target and gain PSA trust
for them to provide long-term commitment tous
2. Represent our company at trade shows, seminars, ship inspections and other sales-related functions as appropriate
Responsible for sales report and sales tracking. Develop sales proposals and presentations for both existing and new accounts
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team and product team to develop relevant promotional and product strategies to enhance guests
experience, drive incremental volume and revenue growth
4. Keep an eye on the sales market situation and trend in designated areas and provide suggestion to Country Manager on possible
strategy to increase Company market share
5. Assist in ad-hoc assignment

・Educational Background: University graduate
・Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years' working experience with at least 3 years solid regional sales function track record,
preferably in tourism and cruise industry
・Special Professional Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English, Japanese
・Leadership Experience :Prefer but not mandated
