[Responsibilities]
We are currently looking for a Sales Finance Manager. This is a brand-new position to Lead Customer Financial analysis and simulation to achieve faster growth and increase company share. The person in this role will be part of our new Customer Focus Team to be established in the near future. This team takes care of our key national accounts. Main responsibility includes (but not limited to) financial analysis and improving business with our top customers. This is a very important job realizing top business growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping to build an organization from scratch and enjoys working with a dynamic team. A Finance person whom knows (FMCG) sales, is customer focused, forward thinking, strategic and knows how to analyse- and utilize data. You will be closely partnering with customer team members, Area Sales leaders, CSM, Finance and Customer Excellence. Future career opportunities include moving to finance or CSM in the future.

  • Create Customer business strategy/ plan to achieve Business goal with regular PDCA
  • Generate Business insights to lead Financial improvement for customer and company
  • Deliver ROI targets
  • Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Marketing for Customer Budget management
  • Lead Customer Financial analysis and simulation to achieve faster growth and increase company's share
  • Summarize financial status of the team with internal stakeholders
  • Engage with external stakeholders in order to realize critical category growth and improve customers' P&L and cashflows
  • Forecast potential risks to Leader and propose back-up plans
  • Regularly update calculation of rolling forecast on Sales budget and ROI

[Requirements]
<Education>

  • University Degree preferably Commercial areas - Finance, Laws, Economics, Marketing

<Skills>

  • Analysis, Project Management, Reporting, Planning

<Knowledge>

  • Either/or: Financial Acumen, Event Financial Analysis, (FMCG) Retail Customer Knowledge, finance business support, affinity with sales, commercial analyst
