- Book-keeping of SPC accounting mainly through SAP
- Dealing with outsourced accounting firm
- Update internal reporting systems (SAP & BPC) setting
- Monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reporting to headquarter
- Dealing with financial auditors and supporting the various tax filings
- Cash management to make forecast, actual comparison
- Support for Budgeting & forecasting
- Other headquarter reporting requirements as needed
- Business English Level and Fluent Japanese - Strong writing clear emails and verbal communication ability
- Strong Microsoft, Excel, Word, Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP system and ERP system experience

- 3-5 years of working experiences for SPC Accounting & Finance
- Strong communication ability with other team members
- Reporting skills, attention to details, analytical skills, confidentiality, time and project management, data entry management, team-worker, self-starter & quick leaner
