[仕事内容]
Purpose:
- Manage the supply chain and implement with its immediate objectives of product sourcing plan, while controlling inventory, SCL management, product lead times and all communication with other company affiliates.
Responsibilities: - Verify that all supply chain activities that comply with corporate objectives and develop improvement plan
- Maintain appropriate inventory management of the entire order cycle
- Monitor and constantly optimize supplier's delivery schedule and products availability
- Participate in global supply chain projects as a primary contract
- Propel cost saving initiative of logistics operation
- Coaching and development of operations team staff in terms of supply and delivery
- Develop and implement new product launch in conjunction with stakeholders
- Adhere to respective KPI
- To be responsible for negotiating contract and monitoring the cost related to re-work and re-pack activities
- Initiate each project in progress and partner management with stakeholders
- Manage and educate team staff
- Close control of the ops cost P&L and active actions to monthly get committed with the AOP
[応募資格] - At least 5 years of experience in Purchase Inventory Control
- Fluent English and Japanese
- Experience of working with supply chain in a group context
- Leadership and team building skill set
- Experience in managing projects including planning, tracking and budget development
- Ability to budget management
- Can-do attitude
- Problem solving ability
- Good PC skill
