This position reports to Managing Director with close relationship with Regional Sales Managers

The purpose of this role is to optimize sales in multiple channels

  • Department Store Concession Stores:

To find opportunities of business development then plan and implement them in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability, and to contribute to executive management of the company

  • Whole Sales Channel: To manage/supervise wholesales team to set up right target and planning/implementing right actions to meet the company target in whole sales channels
  • Target better condition and location for brand's optimal performance

Responsibilities include;

  • Lead Sales team to set up right target and developing promotion/trade marketing plan to achieve it
  • Plan and execute to increase market share in wholesales environment
  • Find opportunities of business development including pop-up, concession business, non-traditional wholesale channel, negotiate and implement.
  • Continuously seek and develop knowledge and information of competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to relevant department in the company
  • Management of all aspects of sales activities in retail wholesales, as well as pop-up:
  • Plan and implement and manage concession business and customer retention and development
  • Build/Create good relationship with department store/potential wholesale customers
  • Monitor and control of concession store and leadership of the store team/projects
  • Recruit, develop, coach and manage store sales force and store manager
  • Prepare store opening and ensure close business follow up (assure brand image, analyze KPI's)
  • Work on the sales budget and forecast
  • Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of concession and wholesale, and to ensure they are fully informed the objectives, target and achievement


  • Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail and/or wholesales
  • Good knowledge of department store trend and market information
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, capable of communicate/negotiate with department store managers - Pro-active attitude
  • English and experience in watches and jewelry is strong plus
