Gathers and channels feedback and proposed solutions from stores to optimize operational efficiency.
Partners with Finance, HR and Legal to ensure store operations systems and processes are in compliance with local laws
Partners with store planning, business development, retail and other relevant functions to plan, monitor and execute new store opening projects, store renovation and modifications, including store maintenance after them Consults and proposes solutions to consistently improve functional workflows as it relates to store operations and impact on the customer experience
Develops and reports store operations metrics and initiates action planning and solution generation in partnership with relevant functions
Key Results Areas
Customer Relationships and Customer Service
Develop and drive implementation of customer service standards across all stores in the market/region to ensure consistency of customer experience including but not limited to returns, alteration, customer feedback, after sales service, beverage service standards etc.
Consults and advises on customer service policies and customer service issues.
Directs implementation process and acts as the "lynch pin" between stores and back office.
Gathers and channels feedback and proposed solutions from stores to improve customer service and store experience.
Partners with relevant functions to define and implement standards around product distribution, logistics and inventory management.
Monitors standard operating procedures and tracking requirements related to product orders, transfers, delivery, disposal, stock takes and other inventory controls
Has granular understanding of inventory incidences or stock turns and initiates actions to optimize cash flow.
Publish regular reports regarding sales, KPIs and CRM data to support area managers and store managers' planning and decision-making.
Ensure defined store operations policies and procedures do not compromise the health and safety of employees and customers
Partner with HR and Retail to plan and execute temporary staffs hiring in stores and to manage contracts with agents
Partners with the Finance function and other related parties to define, implement and monitor internal controls of all sales management processes including but not limited to deposit and pre-payments, cash, sales bills, invoice procedures
Evaluates current processes and initiates cross-functional reviews to achieve higher operational efficiency while ensuring sound risk management practices
Leads implementation of global and regional store operations standards, systems, processes and tools.
Conducts risk assessments and partners with relevant functions to develop and implement risk-mitigating solutions. Owns the documentation, review and communications of standards, policies and procedures including creation of store operating manuals, updates and revisions.
Relevant experience of 3 years in retail / hospitality management
· Proven record on consistently taking action to improve service level in responsible area
· Team performance management involving daily goal setting and achievement
· Adequate experience on managing a multi facets operation
Education & Professional Qualification:
· As required by local market
· Conversational English level is preferable
Full 2 holiday week system (Sat/Sun) national holidays
