  • Support channel sales team to grow partner business for company products and services by driving marketing programs with partners
  • Responsible for planning and execution of joint marketing activities with distributors, resellers, MSSPs and alliance partners to strengthen sales pipeline
  • Work closely with channel account managers to ensure success for any partner related demand generation activities
  • Meetings on a regular basis with marketing counterpart in key resellers to expand company business for enterprise and commercial segments
  • Work with CAMs to keep track of sales opportunities sourced / influenced by marketing programs
  • Hold quarterly business review with tier-1 partners (distributors) for strategic marketing plans to maximize partner investment to their Company business
  • Work with APJ partner marketing team and manage partner marketing budget including local allocation according to channel sales priorities
  • Collaborate with ADRs to convert marketing leads for partners to sales opportunities
  • Support channel and alliance partners to create marketing materials and sales tools
  • Increase utilization of company partner portal and marketing central so that partners can maximize its resources for their sales efficiency
  • Work with channel sales team to accelerate enablement of partners to sell products/services
  • Carry out promotions/campaigns for resellers as case study acquisition


  • Relevant exposure in channel management experience within high-tech industry for B2B market
  • Field marketing experience
  • Channel sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functional teams including marketing team in channel/alliance partners
  • To ensure that a good general understanding and knowledge of company products and services is maintained at all times
  • Must have strong written and verbal English to communicate for global alignment of the partner program
  • Be able to clearly and effectively articulate company's value to channel partners
  • Must be organized, detail and process oriented
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
