- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as invoice, contract etc.
- Work closely with recruiting agencies to handle high volume recruitment
- Answer inquiries from candidates and agencies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders both in Japan and overseas
- Schedule interviews and meetings upon candidates' and interviewers' availabilities
- Both business level in Japanese and English
- Experienced in HR assistant/ HR admin for more than 2 years
