Our recruiter will lead all resourcing activities, with the aim of building a highly competent workforce which is fully aligned with our Company expectations, and developing the reputation of our business through a strong, positive employer brand.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our multilingual sales centre, delivering a cost and time effective resourcing solution that promotes workforce diversity
  • Drive the local implementation of global recruitment and selection processes and policies
  • Manage the resource planning process and ensure staffing levels are continually at optimum levels
  • Requisition management with both an internal and external recruitment focus
  • Design and implement local employer branding strategies
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
  • Network internally and externally to build relationships with potential high calibre candidates to build talent pipeline
  • Proactively increase % of direct hires compared to agency hires
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for all applicants
  • Collaborate with line managers to build strong credible relationships, discuss recruitment needs and determine appropriate recruitment strategies
  • Ensure Hiring Managers receive regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Develop and manage relationships with preferred recruitment partners and establish new relationships as required, including management and review of PSL, partner feedback and market intelligence gathering
  • Develop and manage relationships with Universities and language schools and other relevant bodies and organize recruitment events when appropriate
  • Ensure all recruitment expenditure is planned, monitored and controlled within budget
  • Own local and global hiring requisition approvals process
  • Maintain recruitment administration and systems in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to all applicants
  • Instigate and coordinate new hire on-boarding process
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching to hiring managers to ensure they fully understand our recruitment and selection processes and that they are able to identify the right people
  • Create and report on key hiring metrics to the centre management team


  • Previous experience of in-house multilingual recruitment
  • Relevant experience in a high-growth, fast-paced service business is highly desirable
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency; with the ability to switch priorities quickly where required
  • Experience of successfully utilizing a variety of direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, social networking sites etc
  • Strong senior level stake holder management
  • Strong relationship builder able to communicate and forge excellent working relationships with internal and external people at all levels
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results within agreed timescales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
  • Commercially focused with strong numeracy skills
  • IT literate, specifically MS Office and ATS software
