We are looking for a business development associate to bolster and accelerate the growth of our enPower RPO business. THE ROLE: SALES ASSOCIATE (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE) You will be a key team member to support the growth of the enPower by discovering and developing opportunities for RPO business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify client pain points and needs for RPO solutions and generate proposals. Management of both internal and external business development channels. Process leads and manage client information in the internal database. Develop strong relations with client stakeholders and develop new RPO opportunities. Keep updated on the latest industry trends and news for potential business leads. Work closely with the delivery team to confirm program commitments to the client. Assess potential monetization prospects within both existing and new clientele. REQUIREMENTS: Experience within a corporate talent acquisition, RPO and/or agency recruitment environment Ability to work independently after adequate training and escalate issues/concerns as needed. Proven ability of result-driven success and ability to work under tight deadlines. Experience managing multiple tasks. Fluent Japanese and Business level English. Native Japanese level preferred. PREFERRED SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Experience within a corporate talent acquisition, RPO and/or agency recruitment environment Experience in an outsourcing sales background is a plus. Experience working in a start-up as a plus.
