POSITION SUMMARY
Achieve company's goals such as On-Time-Delivery (OTD), DOH, Obsolescence /slow moving stock reduction, Order Lead Time (LT) reduction in raw materials planning, production planning and toll manufacturing planning
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Material Planning / inventory control, on MySAP.
- Provide tactical support on raw materials management for day-to-day business activities - address immediate shortage not covered by routine replenishments.
- Analyze MRP to raise purchase request to Purchasing to ensure availability of Raw materials and Finished goods to support production schedules and customer orders.
- Confirm Monthly RSF(Rolling Sales Forecast) Sheet to ensure necessary raw materials and finished goods.
- Work closely with Sales, Production and Purchasing to determine & ensure adequate supply to support production's & customer's requirement at the same time to meet the targets of OTD, SLOB, DOH, Complaint rate, LT.
- Responsible for managing for tolling manufacturing.(Primary contact of 3rd party manufacturer.) including in inventory control of finished goods and consignment raw material inventory at tollers.

EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience in supply chain
REQUIRED SKILLS
- SAP, Production system
- Microsoft office
- MRP knowledge
