- Develop IMC Campaign anchoring on Digital Media and Social Communications while managing traditional media
- Manage media buying and operation
- Lead managing owned media handle; Japan Instagram and Twitter.
- Plan the posting calendar aligning with marketing team and execute the image creation to the post. Cost managing for the image creation.
- Align with Marketing team to calendarize the post.
- Align with regional PR, corporate digital team and marketing team to cultivate the evaluation platform of the digital SOV.
- Execute the digital ad
- Manage digital evaluation tools and report to the related function.
- Build influencer networking based on the clear influencer and social media strategy
- Generate local influencer contents on the owned media as well as earned influencer's post.
- Plan and execute PR events.
- Work closely with marketing, education, and sales team
- Once or twice a year overseas business trip
- Monthly call with APAC
- 3-5+ year experience in PR
- Good team management skill
- Global communication skill: TOEIC:750+
- Experience in beauty, prestige, retail business preferred, but not mandatory
- Native Japanese Level
