  • Support investment coordinators in general office wide, administrative items such as;
  • Calendar management and meeting updates (once a week) for the team
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings
  • Completing expense reports via internal expense reporting system
  • Telephone coverage
  • Opening, sorting and distributing mail
  • Filing
  • Maintaining supplies such like ordering stationary, organizing pantry, ordering lunch for the meetings, managing grab and go back, arranging domestic and international courier and ordering new-year cards for our customers
  • Welcoming and taking care of office visitors both internal and external. Provide refreshments, setting up conference calls and VCs
  • Back up and assist team members when one of them are out of office
  • Provide basic personal administration support to investment professionals


  • Strong English skill both in speaking and writing
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Accuracy
