Global Chemical Company


  • Lead development of business at OEMs with managing the colleagues globally.
  • Share the directions of OEMs with colleagues globally and make consensus with colleagues who is responsible for OEMs and Tier1s globally.
  • Get the application development information in the initial stage from OEMs with making the broad connection with OEMs.
  • Make the strategy for OEMs and share the strategy within Global team to clarify action plan for OEMs and also for Tier1s.
  • Proceed new application development which has high profit with OEMs globally involving global team members


  • Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymers or related fields
  • Minimum of 5-years' experience in Account Management, Technical sales, Application development position in Japanese Automotive companies or market.
  • Strong technical background in Engineering or Scientific discipline.
  • Effective Business Reporting / Communication in English
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Handling and customer management (claims, issues, specific requests, etc.)
  • Deep understanding and experience in Thermoplastics industry
