・ Dispatching contract requests and managing a shared mailbox Track and dispatch contract requests as appropriate to the Legal Team. Handle incoming emails to the Legal/Contracts Team's shared mailbox, answering internal customer's questions and refer to appropriate persons to handle. Requesting further information required to prepare contracts from internal clients and external parties.
・ Contract archiving: Manage the archiving of fully executed contracts of hard copies and PDFs.
・ Reporting: Under the guidance of the Legal Director of Japan, use reporting tools to assess team's workload and distribute work as necessary. Generate reports on contracts and analyze key performance metrics.
・ If there is a business need: Contract drafting Using approved templates, drafting agreements with some supervision.
・ Being able to anticipate needs and deliver on tight deadlines
・ Good, solid knowledge of local market
・ Excellent writing and editing abilities.
・ Excellent planning & organizational skills and an ability to work with minimum supervision.
・ Interpersonal skills to work as a team-player and to effectively work with people of diverse rank and culture across a variety of business disciplines.
・ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point software programs.
・ Excellent Japanese and English language skills required. Additional languages are advantageous.
