Learning and Development Associate (Training Associate)

 

THE ROLE:

If you are a flexible and personable individual who enjoys educating fellow colleagues on ways to improve their recruiting and sales skills while seeing their growth and satisfaction, we would like to introduce the learning and development associate role.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a learning and development associate, you will be responsible for conducting induction training for all enPower new joiners (English/Japanese)

  • Create and edit induction materials on an as-needed basis

  • Assist in generating metrics for performance and appraisal

  • Partner with RPO management to identify learning and development opportunities for enPower employees

  • Schedule and conduct follow-up training as requested by enPower employees

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to successfully onboard new joiners and integrate them to their RPO project/function team

 

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:

  • Work cross-functionally to assist development of solutions to improve retention, engagement, and development of employees

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business level English and fluent Japanese. Native fluency in both preferred

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Powerpoint)

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to present and mentor in large groups

  • 2 years of recruitment experience in agency and/or internal talent acquisition setting

  • Direct sourcing experience

  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Permission to work in Japan with appropriate visa requirements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
