[Responsibilities]
Open Operations provides the following application services for the applications on open and cloud environment. Required to have the related technical knowledge for the service management:

  • Batch Job Net Design & Scheduling
  • Application / Batch Job Monitoring
  • Incident Support
  • ITPS (Cataloged Service)
  • Data Patch & Extraction
  • Application Q&A
  • Operation Governance Standard
  • Operation Process (Incl. Escalation / Resilience Process)
  • Operation Automation

[Requirements]

  • English and Japanese language ability in business level
  • Web + Java application Knowledge (WebSphere and Jboss)
  • Database Knowledge (Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL)
  • OS Knowledge (Linux and Windows)
  • Cloud environment (AWS, salesforce) Knowledge
  • Basic IT Operation / Service Knowledge / ITIL
  • Agile Development Methodology Knowledge
  • CI/CD Automation tools Knowledge (GIT, Github, Jenkins, Puppet, etc.)
  • Basic scripting skills (bash, python, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Tools (Control-M, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Splunk)

In addition, the following technical skills are nice to have for the position:

  • Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Red Hat OpenShift
