- Administrative controls and resets to local pcs and laptops
- PC Kitting when necessary
- Vendor calling when necessary
- Escalation of networking and software issues to overseas using internal software and methods
- Advanced English + Intermediate Japanese
- Minimum 2 years experience of Helpdesk
Tokyo (work onsite but remote is possible somedays)
Monday to Friday
