Global Logistics Service Company

[Responsibilities]

  • Administrative controls and resets to local pcs and laptops
  • PC Kitting when necessary
  • Vendor calling when necessary
  • Escalation of networking and software issues to overseas using internal software and methods

[Requirements]

  • Advanced English + Intermediate Japanese
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Helpdesk

Tokyo (work onsite but remote is possible somedays)

Monday to Friday

9:00-18:00
