Lead and manage a group of Customer Managers to achieve and exceed targeted performance: revenue, profitability, service quality. Participate in industry (Engineering & Manufacturing) sales strategy setting. Offer full range of express and logistics solutions.
■for Customers

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior management teams
  • Close business deals and provide tailored solutions
  • Act as an integration point for customers within Company

■for Sr Director Enterprise Sales, Regional teams

  • Provide country-specific knowledge and participate in industry related strategy setting for own Team
  • Provide leadership and directions to the team to enable achievement of agreed revenue, profitability and other performance targets
  • Facilitate and encourage collaboration to meet common goals and targets
  • Promote and encourage heightened awareness of competitive and general economic trends to ensure maintenance and improvement of Company market positioning and market share
  • Lead and agree on annual budgets to be achieved by team


  • Junior College or University Degree
  • Minimum 8 years experience in commercial environment and consultative selling in Logistic industry
  • Experience in sales team management and accounts development
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written) skills in English.(TOEIC 720点もしくは同等以上の英語力尚可)
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft and other relevant applications(MS-Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) 中級以上)


  • Strong ability to manage and develop relationships, and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organisation.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a team, and develop strategy to support National, Regional and Global objectives.
  • Familiarity with solution selling as opposed to price and product selling
