- Telecom, Mobile device support
- Track all technology issues using JIRA and Remedy application
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, Avaya PBX
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365（Word、 Excel、Outlook）, Lotus notes
- Business level Japanese/English both in written and spoken
- More 5 years' work experience within an IT desktop support /helpdesk role in Financial firm
