IT assistant Manager (Service desk)
- Maintain office and store Windows PC and IOS devices
- Maintaining phone line
- Maintain corporate applications (Including Retail area)
- 5+ years' experience as an IT Service desk (Helpdesk Engineer)
- Hands-on applications and/or infrastructure technical skills
Including following area:
-AD user and computer management
-Win 10 PC set up (Experience to create an image by 3rd party imaging tool.)
-Understand TCP/IP level in layer 3 and 4.
- Fluent Japanese and Business-level English skills (Witten)
- High communication skills
[Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities]
- Retail company experience
- Technical trainer experience
- Experience of maintaining POS application in retail industry.
- Business-level English skills (Aural)
