■Overall Industrial Strategy, Objectives and Performance

  • Implement Group's policy regarding Safety, Reliability and Efficiency
  • Establish overall industrial & operational objectives for the activity
  • Manage on-going operations
  • Define, collect, consolidate and analyze Operations KPI's

■Industrial Competencies

  • Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and Group Standards
  • Implement/Reinforce Training & Qualification Programs
  • Ensure that a properly staffed and competent Industrial Direction is in place
  • Provide technical expertise concerning industrial audit program. Track corrective actions and ensure that the self audit process is working

■Standards & Documentation

  • Develop, approve and maintain mandatory technical rules, guidelines and information required to run the activities safely and reliably
  • Define, develop and manage subsidiary Standards & Documentation

■Logistics Management

  • Analysis and deep knowledge of the activity and the existing logistic practices
  • Guarantee of the respect of regulatory and AL standards
  • Identification of the key topics for optimization of the logistics to patient and lead the related projects
  • Definition and follow-up of the resources required and the costs of the activity
  • Management of reliable reporting tools and follow-up of logistic performance indicators

■Assets & Inventory management

Responsible to ensure that all assets and inventory related activities are conducted safely, efficiently and effectively,
Responsibilities include the following:

  • To establish and review the assets and inventory strategy
  • To define the operation target with the associated performance indicators
  • To define, monitor and assess the total cost of ownership
  • To identify, define and implement an optimization action plan"

■Maintenance -Cleaning - Disinfection management

  • Responsibility is to ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely, efficiently and effectively.
  • To define operation targets, monitor and analyze the operation performance and effectiveness
  • To establish the maintenance program (who to do, when to do, where to do, what to do and how to do)
  • To define process improvement and efficiency action plan

■Customer Service, Billing & Collection

  • Customer Service team management
  • Billing & Collection (DSO management)


  • Experience in Operational management
  • Role with a strategic focus
  • Role with a functional responsibility
  • Mix of business lines and business development experiences
  • International exposure (expatriation or worldwide scope)
  • Management of large teams
  • Customer facing role
