・Be grant of kitting planning for on time delivery for customers
・Optimize the kitting process for cost avoidance
・Be grant of repair SLA (in house repair activity and subcontractor)
・Spare Parts forecast management
・DOA, AFR report to APAC and group
・Field service provider management (Call center, Installation, etc)
・Inventory management for Field service (customer swap stock, company swap stock, etc)
・Customer Service and business Orientation
・Planning and Organizing
・IT system knowledge is a plus
Languages (good level required):
・Japanese, English Mandatory
Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements: (List minimum qualifications and experience required for the role)
・Years of professional experienced required: min 5 years experiences in Hardware Service / Maintenance of electronics products
Full Time Employee
7 million yen ~ 10 million yen (Experiences and skills will be considered)
