- Organize trainings Salary Calculation & Social Insurance Procedure:
- Overtime hours check for salary calculation. Health insurance procedures for sickness benefits or other claims and annual medical check up arrangements.
- Business Continuity Plan Support.
- Participate in monthly Safety and Health Committee
- Responsible for day-to-day communication with employees
- Any other relevant activities assigned by Head of Human Resources Department
- 3 or more years experience in relevant area
- 2 years or more experience in salary calculation, final tax adjustments - mandatory
- Experience in social insurance procedures is preferable
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Discretion and sense of confidentiality
- Holding Certificate of Sanitation Administrator is preferable
