Responsible for the Talent Acquisition and Training related topics in Japan which consists of
・ Talent acquisition
・ Training needs collect and training program organization.
・ HR Project implementation and coordination
・ Other tasks assigned by the superior
Key Result Areas (output of the position):
・ Talent Acquisition
・ On time delivery in terms of shortening the hiring lead time, optimization of the hiring cost as well as the improvement of hiring quality.
・ Recruitment process improvement and vendor management
・ Training & Development
・ Annual training planning collection
・ Training curriculum implementation
・ Training records management
・ Training effectiveness evaluation
Other Tasks (when necessary):
・ Working closely with HRBP's to consult business leaders on employee issues/strategy
・ Working closely with HRBP's and regional teams to review and improve existing local HR policies/framework
・ Bachelor or above degree ideally in HR management or the related major
・ Experience: Ideally 5 years HR Talent Acquisition and/or training experience (preferably from the high-tech industrialization, international companies)
・ Business Acumen
