・Drive HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
・Act as a Strategic HR Business Partner, change agent and an employee advocate
・Provides consultation to business leaders and managers, on various HR matters - policies, processes and practices
Establish stronger connect with associates across levels - conducts regular 1:1's and focused group discussions
・Analyzes data, identifies trends, makes inferences, proposes solutions and executes timely interventions in collaboration with the business teams, ensuring higher level of engagement
・Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
・Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards
・Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
・Effectively manage relationships with recruitment partners and agencies
・Design and drive employee referral programs
・Coordinate with background check agency to complete background checks for shortlisted candidates
・10+ years of experience in a matrixed global organization
・Ability to partner effectively with global recruiting teams and HR business partners.
・Possess strong analytical skills
・Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively
