We are looking for HR Business Partner for Retail Department who has a strong passion for people and interest in retail business.
HRBP is responsible for providing various support for Retail organization. HRBP is also required to interact with other HR Professionals and Managers in local/global and collaborates well for HR transformation and added value services.
・Partner with retail organization and understand the organizational challenge as well as employee concern
・Ensure HR related programs and information is being communicated and understood
・Drive Talent Acquisition process for all retail related hiring including but not limited to posting positions, sourcing candidates and onboarding follow-up
・Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and or requests
・Process data and personal information for necessary transactions for our HRIS
・Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
・Support other functions as assigned
・5+ years HR experience
・Solid knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures
・Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
・Must be able to work professionally with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
・Proven ability to work with confidential information
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
・Sufficient PC skills
Local travel required
6~8 mil (flexible)
Full 2 holiday week system (Sat/Sun) national holidays
New year's holiday
