[Company Description]
Global Medical Device Company

[Job Description]
・Handle daily operations in all aspects of HR functions
・Update and maintain all HR information such as new hires, terminations, LOAs, job changes etc in the global HR database
by working with APAC HR team and also manage these information in other local database including payroll/social insurances
・Administer all benefits/HR programs
・Interact and exchange with the agencies, vendors and external firms of HR programs to manage the administration/operation
・Respond to inquiries and requests for HR administration from Japan employees
・Deliver various reporting and documents and issue certification per requests
・Coordinate and support the recruiting activities including the interview arrangement
・Coordinate and support the regular/ad-hoc training activities provided by HR

[Requirements to apply or any other conditions]
・At least 2 years experiences managing HR operational experiences in multinational company
・Shared service experiences in HR is preferred
・Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
・Strong MS office skills (Excel ,Word and Powerpoint)
・Detail and accuracy oriented
・Agile and flexible to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements
