[Company Summary ]
Global Retail Company

[Responsibilities]
HR Planning, Compensation and benefit
・Revision of rules and regulations in line with local labor law
・Integrate and implement sales incentive at store level for three legal entities
・Execute salary survey once a year
・Calculate annual incentive for store staff
・Conduct annual salary review
・Make the budget once a year and the forecast twice a year for three legal entities

HRIS and data management
・Manage all employee information by Peoplesoft
・Implementation of new HR ERP system in 2020

Talent acquisition and management
・Develop the recruiting channels such as headhunters, employee referral, online platform,
and direct sourcing in order to make candidates pool
・Manage entire selection process and conduct HR interviews
・Organize annual process of individual performance management for head office function and stores
・Manage internal job budding process within group companies in Japan

Reporting
・Manage all reporting tools and data to HQ such as org chart, recruiting status, HC, staff list etc.
・Management report of overtime, turnover rate etc.

[Requirements]
・More than 5 years' experience in HR
・Working experience in talent acquisition/management and/or HR planning area
・Proactive person, Logical thinking capability
・Bachelor's degree
・Business level of English
・Interests in fashion or retail business is a plus
