HR Advisor in the Financial Services Industry
Global Financial Services Industry
・Supports the execution and delivery of HR solutions of core CEO-designed processes including Talent and Development, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, Special Projects across a specified internal client group. Work includes but not limited to mildly complex support of Year-End Compensation Planning, Annual Talent Review and Succession Planning, Performance Management and Manager Feedback across a specified client group and in daily activities such as new hire offers/internal promotions assisting with development plans, etc.
・Handling sensitive and non-complex Employee Relations cases, manager inquiries etc.
・Key point of contact to the supported business on talent acquisition end to end process
・Local Payroll preparation, liaise with global/regional payroll team and external payroll vendor
・Social security administration
・Coordinate the internal vendor management review process for new vendors
・Employee on/off boarding
・Support the delivery of ad hoc reporting and analysis
・Report to colleagues and managers overseas
・Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
・Good communication skills in English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese
・5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry
・Attention to details, organized
