Lead the Japan Consumer Payments marketing team to drive campaigns designed to acquire new customers and optimize the payment experience for our customers.
・Dive deep to understand our payment products and the tools available to drive new customer acquisition
・Partner with our product managers to lead campaigns and recommend marketing needs in our product roadmap
・Define, track and analyze customer metrics to track your campaigns and drive ongoing improvement
As a Senior Manager, Marketing you are expected to excel in an ambiguous, fast paced environment. You will have a relentless focus on the customer and dive deep into customer use cases and problems. You will take pride in delighting your customers by helping the product team achieve their growth objectives. You will have high judgement and understand which opportunities drive the most strategic value for the business. You will not be limited by the present and will constantly look ahead to the future.
5+ years of marketing management experience including consumer marketing, new customer acquisition, ECM, marketing analytics and digital marketing.
・Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience
・Great written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively on shared projects with product managers, data scientists and finance teams
・Fluent in English
[Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities]
・Strong understanding of payments domain and payments industry
・International experience with consumer and digital products
・Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
