- Run smoothly day-to-day operation of business/finance contract management with team and staffs under this position.
- Being the main correspondent of business operation team overseas.
- Making internal alignment with related customer internal departments (purchasing, finance and marking dept)
- Redesign internal procedure related to business contract and finance.
- Successfully conduct regular reporting to the department related to this business.
- Improve the reporting and hand over the improved reporting, processing to the management of the marketing team in customer GHQ.
- Support any other needs from marketing department`s related to this position.
- Experience in financial management
- Fluent in English
- Well established knowledge of finance and business contract.
- Familiarity of international finance and business law
- Solid experience in working with multi-national Regional/Global teams
- Good communication skills (consultation and problem-solving skills)
- Attention to details with proven ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player, self-starter, contributor.
