・Manager the HR function in Tokyo office
・Active member of JP Management Team
・Process HTM monthly payroll function
・Maintain the HR Information System(Globalview SAP)
・Approval of Monthly ADP Payroll (from Finance) ・HR IT Systems Monitoring and Management
・HR Management - Employment documentation, Policies, Performance management and processes, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Succession Planning, Learning & Development Planning
・Co-ordination of Workplace Health & Safety, First aiders and Office Fire warden
・Projects - Employee Engagement and benefits programs (401K, Health insurance), Rules of Employment Handbook review ・Participate in HR International Call -fortnightly ・Business Performance Analysis & Reporting
・Facilitation of Company initiatives and projects
・Management & Production of materials for key regional committees and meetings
・Other activities:
-Business Continuity Plan maintenance and testing as well as call tree tests across the region
-Building Management Liaison
-Office Administration & Adhoc requirements

・HR professional, with at least 5 years HR experience; and with an HR/Business Management degree/qualification, as well as Employment Relations experience
・Previous experience or exposure with Business Performance Monitoring and/or Analysis
・Fluent in English and Japanese (written and verbal)
・High professional and ethical standards with a high level of personal integrity. The role will require the handling of sensitive personal and or business information
・Excellent communication skills, communicating with clarity, both orally and in writing, in a logical order and structured approach at all levels
・Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
・Ability to build strong and long lasting relationships with people across all levels of seniority
・Ability to work under pressure, multi task assignments and prioritize their workload while producing quality work
・Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
・Ability to work calmly, effectively and efficiently in a fast passed business environment
・A team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude, a strong work ethic and very delivery focus
