A/R: Entry of Accounts Receivables / Creation of Debit Notes / Reconciliation of A/R
Monthly Accounting: Closing the Monthly Books / Stock equation Calculation of Stock cost / Entry of GL entries / Filling in Syrus Analytical Reports
Yearly Accounting：Audits / Organizing External Auditors Requests Organizing Landlords Gross Receipts Requests Tax:
Tax： Working with External CPA firm for Income
Treasury： Cash Flow simulation for repayment
Inventory Control：Physical Inventory / Scheduling Stock-take in system Consolidate and run the reports / Review the reconciled reports for any accounting impacts / Liaise with Paris/stores on any accounting impacts adjustments (Inventory Adjustments) / Guide stores in stock-take procedures / Attend and conduct random audits of stock-takes
Negative Stock：Run Negative stock report / Consult with stores on Reconciliations / Liaise with Paris/stores on any accounting impacts adjustments (Inventory Adjustments)
Store Operations：Work with stores in daily operations / Help with any issues that the stores have in regards to IT/Legal/HR / Assist with any store applications for running the business (fedex, electricity, music royalty etc.)/ Assist in contacts for store operations (Stationary, Travel, Messengers etc.)
Business Operations：Setup authority matrixes and procedures
Reconcile Invoices to Receptions to spot any issues in system / Reconcile Shipment Invoices with shipment information for allocation of freight charges.
Education: University Degrees in Economics /Finance/ Business major
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a company with International Accounting Standard practices or Audit firm. Knowledge of international accounting theory and experience in accounting procedure in business are mandatory. Internal Audit / Controlling past experience in an international company
Language: Excellent English or French communication skills
